Repeat of [[DMJ Valproate and Saccharin CTA]] and [[DML Lower Valproate and Saccharin CTA]] but with 60 mg/kg dose of valproate instead of 200 or 20 mg/kg dose. 60 mg/kg is half log unit between 20 and 200 mg/kg.
Medium Dose Valproate Dilution
15 ml of 0.15M Sodium Valproate + 35 ml of 0.15M NaCl (to maintain 300 mOsm tonicity)
--> 50 ml of 45mM Sodium Valproate (a tenfold dilution), at 2.5 mg/ml.
8 ml/kg = 60 mg/kg
