Santa Cruz C-10
mouse anti-c-Fos antibody (C-10; Santa Cruz) at a dilution of 1:1000 for DAB staining.
2025-2-19 For immunofluoresence: C-10 at 1:200 or 1:100 (better) and Alexa 594 (red) secondary at dilution of 1:200. Still a little dim, but can easily see c-Fos-positive nuclei in e.g. CeA after LiCl.
