Tests of unconditioned aversions to bitter, salt, or sour tastants
30 micromolar quinine sulfate (MW 391.47)
1000x = 30 mM quinine sulfate = 0.03 * 392 g / liter = 11.76 g / liter = 5.88g / 500 ml
2 ml of 1000x + 2 liters -> 30 micromolar quinine sulfate
600 mM NaCl (MW 60) = 36 g / liter = 72 g/ 2 liters
0.01 M HCl (MW 36.5, comes in 10M solution)
2 ml of 10M + 2 liters -> 0.01 M HCl
