Significance Markers

Typographical symbols that can be used to indicate significant differences on a graph:

Note that there are many different html entities as defined by w3/org.

This utility for Unicode Conversion is useful for getting decimal or utf-8 code of a unicode character.

Also Graphemica is a nice looking typographical site for looking up characters.

Note that many symbols come in half-width and full width forms. The half/full-width are located in Unicode block from U+FF00 to U+FFEF, but may not be displayed properly if Asian fonts are not installed.

When specifying in Xynk, should try to convert keyboard symbol to bigger (fullwidth) equivalent for display.

i.e., *#+° should be converted to ✻#＋O
