Male mice C57B/J (DOB: 9-5-07, arr: 11-8-07) were restrained in 50ml conical tubes then rotated at 50cm radius at 60 RPM for 10 min in either clockwise or counter clockwise direction, then placed immediately in swimming pool and videotaped for 2 minutes. After swimming, placed under heat lamp until dry. Mice were double-housed, odd numbered mice marked with red marker on the tail.
