Quinine Sulfate
30 micromolar quinine sulfate (MW 391.47)
50x = 1.5 mM quinine sulfate = 0.0015 * 392 g / liter = 0.588 g / liter = 0.3g / 500 ml (note: solubility of quinine sulfate is only 0.12g/100ml)
40 ml of 50x + 2 liters -> 30 micromolar quinine sulfate
NaCl
600 mM NaCl (MW 60) = 36 g / liter = 72 g/ 2 liters
HCl
0.01 M HCl (MW 36.5, comes in 10M solution)
2 ml of 10M + 2 liters -> 0.01 M HCl
